Guides to agent shopping often assume you already speak the language. This one does not. Below, each step of a Lovegobuy order is explained alongside the term people use for it, so by the end you will know both what to do and what everyone means when they talk about it.
Step 1: Find a product page
Term: product page. On lovegobuysheet.shop, every item has a page of its own with photos, a name, category, brand where known, source marketplace and last checked price. Reach it by browsing categories, brand pages or best finds, then click into anything that interests you.
Step 2: Check the photos, options and versions
Term: options (sometimes called variants or SKUs). These are the choices a seller offers on a listing, such as size, colour or version. Before going further, look at every photo, not only the first, and match each option to what you can see. Sellers sometimes bundle different versions of a similar item into one listing, and the difference may be in the material or a detail rather than the colour. For clothing and shoes, read the size chart and compare it with something you own.
Step 3: Use the agent button
Term: agent link. The Lovegobuy button on our product page is an agent link: it opens the same listing on Lovegobuy, ready to buy. If you found an item elsewhere, paste its link into the Lovegobuy search bar to create the same kind of orderable page.
Step 4: Choose the option and add notes
Term: order notes. On Lovegobuy, select the option you identified and compare it with the photos once more. Order notes are a short message to the agent; use them when the listing is ambiguous, for example "the darker colour shown in photo 5".
Step 5: Pay for the item and domestic shipping
Term: domestic shipping. This is the delivery from the seller to Lovegobuy's warehouse within China. Your first payment covers the item plus this domestic leg. It does not include sending anything to your country.
Step 6: Wait for warehouse arrival
Term: order status. As Lovegobuy buys the item and the seller ships it, the status changes to show where it is, for instance purchased, shipped by the seller, and arrived or stored. Items from different sellers usually arrive at different times.
Step 7: Review QC photos
Term: QC (quality check) photos. When the item reaches the warehouse, Lovegobuy photographs it. Compare those pictures with the listing and your chosen option: colour, shape, logos, tags, stitching, size and any flaws. If something is wrong, contact Lovegobuy now. Problems are far simpler to handle while the item is still in the warehouse.
Step 8: Complete your haul and submit a parcel
Term: haul and parcel. Your haul is the set of items you want to send together. Once they have all arrived and passed QC, select them in your warehouse and submit a parcel. Confirm the address and look at the packaging options available.
Step 9: Pick a shipping line and pay
Term: shipping line. A line is a particular shipping route and service. Lovegobuy shows the lines available for your parcel and destination, each with its own price, estimates and restrictions, often around batteries and liquids. Read the notes, apply any coupon that fits, check the total and pay for international shipping.
Step 10: Track the parcel
Term: tracking number. Once your parcel is packed and handed to the carrier, Lovegobuy provides a tracking number. Updates may pause during customs clearance, which is normal. Keep your records until the parcel arrives and you have checked everything.
