How it works, in plain language
A welcome offer is Lovegobuy's way of rewarding new customers. Because it is linked to how an account is opened, you start on our coupon page, follow the sign-up link and register. There is usually no code to type.
A simple example
After registering and confirming your email, you open the coupon section and see several coupons. Some reduce what you pay for items; others reduce international shipping. Each shows a minimum spend and a date it expires. You were planning to buy a jacket and trainers anyway, so when you pay for them together you select the item coupon that fits, and the total drops. Later, you use a shipping coupon on the combined parcel described in shipping a parcel to Europe.
Good habits
- Select the coupon yourself on the payment screen; do not assume it is applied.
- Check the total after selecting it.
- Note expiry dates.
- Only use a coupon on an order you actually wanted.
When coupons are missing
Make sure you registered through our link and confirmed your email, then refresh after a short wait. If they still do not show, Lovegobuy support can help. We cannot see accounts.
