Think of it as a window into the warehouse
You never touch the item until the parcel arrives, so the photos are your one chance to see it beforehand. They answer three plain questions: Is this what I ordered? Is anything damaged? Is everything included?
An example check
Imagine the jacket from our buying guide has arrived. Looking at the photos you would:
- find the size label and read it,
- compare the colour with the option you picked,
- look at the zip, pockets and any logo against the seller's pictures,
- scan for marks, loose threads or tears,
- check that any extras listed by the seller are there.
If all of that matches, the jacket is ready for a parcel.
What QC photos cannot tell you
They cannot confirm materials, origin or brand authenticity. Lighting can make colours look slightly different. And a photo only shows what is in frame, so a detail on the inside or the back may not be visible.
If something is off
Hold the item back from your parcel and contact Lovegobuy support from the order. Explain what is wrong and which photo shows it. Possible outcomes, such as returning the item to the seller or exchanging it, depend on the seller and Lovegobuy's policies.
If you want more detail
Ask Lovegobuy whether extra photos are available for your order. Whether there is a charge is Lovegobuy's decision, shown in your account.
